Ingredients
- 1-2 scoops Plant Works Chocolate Protein Powder or Plant Works Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 can of full fat coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth
- Store in a freezer safe container
- Stir with spoon every 30 minutes until it's stiff & ready to serve!
