PROTEIN WAFFLES WITH PEANUT BUTTER & MAPLE SYRUP

Ingredients: 
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup plant based yogurt
  • ½ Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Plant Works Protein Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

  • Preheat your waffle iron to medium heat (spray with cooking spray or butter if desired)
  • Combine ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into waffle iron, cook, and enjoy!
