- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup plant based yogurt
- ½ Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Plant Works Protein Powder
- 2 Tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat your waffle iron to medium heat (spray with cooking spray or butter if desired)
Combine ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into waffle iron, cook, and enjoy!
