Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Chocolate Plant Works Protein Powder
- 2 scoops Vanilla Plant Works Protein Powder
- 2 cups flour (regular, oat, almond, your choice!)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 2 medium bananas (overripe is good)
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup milk of choice
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- WITHOUT adding the protein powder, mix the wet and dry ingredients separately in two bowls, and then combine
- Using the two bowls you already have, separate half of the batter in each
- In one bowl, mix in the two scoops of Chocolate Plant Works Protein Powder
- In the other bowl, mix two scoops of the Vanilla Plant Works Protein Powder
- Grease a loaf pan, and then start layering the vanilla and chocolate batter a little bit at a time
- Once full, use a knife to gently swirl the layers together
- Bake until a toothpick placed in the bread comes out clean, about 40-45 min
