GOOEY ALMOND BUTTER BROWNIES

Ingredients

1 Scoop Plant Works Chocolate Protein Powder

2 Eggs

1/3 Cup Cacao Powder

Splash of Vanilla Extract

2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

1/3 Cup Honey

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 Cup Chopped Chocolate Bar

1 Cup Smooth Almond Butter

Pinch of Salt

1 extra egg white in case batter is too dry

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees & grease an 8x8 pan or line it with parchment paper

Mix wet ingredients + chia seeds together in mixing bowl

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture

Option: add a swirl with creamy almond butter + honey

Bake for 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean + enjoy!
