Ingredients
- 1 scoop Plant Works Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate bar
- 1 cup smooth almond butter
- Pinch of salt
- 1 extra egg white in case batter is too dry
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees & grease an 8x8 pan or line it with parchment paper
- Mix wet ingredients + chia seeds together in mixing bowl
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture
Option: add a swirl with creamy almond butter + honey
Bake for 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean + enjoy!
