GOOEY ALMOND BUTTER BROWNIES

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Plant Works Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons  chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate bar
  • 1 cup smooth almond butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 extra egg white in case batter is too dry

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees & grease an 8x8 pan or line it with parchment paper
  • Mix wet ingredients + chia seeds together in mixing bowl

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture

Option: add a swirl with creamy almond butter + honey

Bake for 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean + enjoy!
