  • Mix Plant Works Protein Powder + peanut butter until smooth
  • Add maple syrup to help with consistency if needed
  • Microwave chocolate chips + coconut oil in 20 second intervals until smooth
  • Place a spoonful of melted chocolate + coconut oil into each muffin tin (about 1 tbsp)
  • Freeze for 10 minutes
  • Add a dollop of Plant Works Protein + peanut butter to each tin
  • Add another spoonful of chocolate + coconut oil to cover peanut butter
  • Freeze until desired firmness + enjoy!
