1/3 Cup Peanut Butter

1 Scoop Chocolate Plant Works Protein Powder

1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

1.5 Cup Chocolate Chips

Maple Syrup (Optional)


Mix Plant Works Protein Powder + Peanut Butter until smooth

Add Maple Syrup to help with consistency if needed

Microwave Chocolate Chips + Coconut Oil in 20 second intervals until smooth

Place a spoonful of melted Chocolate + Coconut Oil into each muffin tin (about 1 tbsp)

Freeze for 10 minutes

Add a dollop of Plant Works Protein + Peanut Butter to each tin

Add another spoonful of Chocolate + Coconut Oil to cover peanut butter

Freeze until desired firmness + enjoy!
