Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Plant Works Protein Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1.5 Cup Chocolate Chips
- Maple Syrup (Optional)
Directions
- Mix Plant Works Protein Powder + peanut butter until smooth
- Add maple syrup to help with consistency if needed
- Microwave chocolate chips + coconut oil in 20 second intervals until smooth
- Place a spoonful of melted chocolate + coconut oil into each muffin tin (about 1 tbsp)
- Freeze for 10 minutes
- Add a dollop of Plant Works Protein + peanut butter to each tin
- Add another spoonful of chocolate + coconut oil to cover peanut butter
- Freeze until desired firmness + enjoy!
