CHOCOLATE PROTEIN OATS
Ingredients & Instructions:
Cook oats over a stovetop and cook to desired consistency
Mix in 2 scoops of Chocolate Plant Works Protein Powder
Mix in a tbs of flax seeds and 1/2 tbs raw cocoa powder
Top with banana slices, blueberries, strawberries, more cocoa nibs, and almond butter.

TROPICAL GREENS SMOOTHIE BOWL
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
frozen pineapple
frozen peaches
frozen spinach
2 scoops Plant Works Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp blue spirulina
1/2 cup coconut water
Top with granola, pineapple, and your favorite nut & seed blend!

SUMMER BLISS SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen mangoes
1 banana
1 cup frozen pitaya
4 pieces of pineapple
1 cup nut milk
2 scoops Plant Works Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 cup plant-based yogurt (flavor of choice)
Some peaches and strawberries (just a handful!)
Instructions:
Blend in a blender and line sides of smoothie cup with peanut butter (optional)

PROTEIN BITES
Ingredients:1/4 cup chia seeds1 1/2 cup old fashion oats1/3 cup Plant Works Vanilla Protein Powder or Plant Works Chocolate Protein Powder1/2 cup peanut butter (already stirred)1/3 cup honey1 tsp. vanilla2 tsp. waterInstructions:1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl2. Mix with hands or spatula.3. Once mixed, if the mixture feels too dry add a little bit water at a time to make the mixture stick together. If the mixture is too sticky, add in oats 1 tbs. at a time4. Place bites on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, chill for at least 10 minutes5.
