PROTEIN BANANA BREAD
Ingredients
1 scoop Plant Works Vanilla Protein Powder
3 bananas
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup oat flour (blended oats)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond mutter
4 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 cup honey
Pinch of salt
Splash of milk
Mix ins: coconut, chocolate chips, chunky bananas, etc.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mash bananas (keep chunky bits of banana!)
Add rest of ingredients
Grease pan, fill, and bake for about an hour
Cook for 50 minutes

PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKES
Ingredients
2 scoops Plant Works Chocolate Protein Powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 banana
1/4 cup nut milk of choice
Directions
Mix all ingredients together & cook it up!
Top with with peanut butter, dark chocolate and cacao nibs

Ingredients
2 Scoops Plant Works Vanilla Protein Powder
1/3 Almond Milk/Coconut Water/Water
1 Cup Pineapple
1 Cup Mango
1 Banana
Handful of Spinach
Directions
Blend until smooth & enjoy!

BREAKFAST MUFFINS
Ingredients
2 scoops Plant Works Vanilla Protein Powder
1 1/4 cup oats
1 banana
1/4 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
Splash vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
4 tablespoons peanut butter
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon chia/flax/hemp seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Grease or line muffin baking tin
Blend oats, eggs, coconut sugar, salt & banana
Pour into large mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients
Bake for 15-20 minutes & enjoy!
