Ingredients
- 2 scoops Plant Works Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 1/4 cup oats
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- Splash vanilla extract
- Dash of cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon chia/flax/hemp seeds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Grease or line muffin baking tin
- Blend oats, eggs, coconut sugar, salt & banana
- Pour into large mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients
- Bake for 15-20 minutes & enjoy!
