BREAKFAST MUFFINS

Ingredients

2 Scoops Plant Works Vanilla Protein Powder

1 1/4 Cup Oats

1 Banana

1/4 Cup Milk of Choice

1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar

2 Eggs

Splash Vanilla Extract

Dash of Cinnamon

4 Tablespoons Peanut Butter

2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

Pinch of Salt

1 Teaspoon Chia/Flax/Hemp Seed

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Grease or line muffin baking tin

Blend oats, eggs, coconut sugar, salt & banana

Pour into large mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients

Bake for 15-20 minutes & enjoy!
