Ingredients
- 1 scoop Plant Works Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup oat flour (blended oats)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond mutter
- 4 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- Pinch of salt
- Splash of milk
- Mix ins: coconut, chocolate chips, chunky bananas, etc.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mash bananas (keep chunky bits of banana!)
- Add rest of ingredients
- Grease pan, fill, and bake for about an hour
Cook for 50 minutes
