PROTEIN BANANA BREAD

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Plant Works Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour (blended oats)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond mutter
  • 4 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • Splash of milk
  • Mix ins: coconut, chocolate chips, chunky bananas, etc.

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mash bananas (keep chunky bits of banana!)
  • Add rest of ingredients
  • Grease pan, fill, and bake for about an hour

Cook for 50 minutes
