Ingredients 1-2 scoops Plant Works Chocolate Protein Powder or Plant Works Vanilla Protein Powder 1 can of full fat coconut milk 1 banana 1/4 cup coconut sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Sprinkle of cinnamon  Directions Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth Store in a freezer safe container Stir with spoon every 30 minutes until it's stiff & ready to serve!  Flavor Options (Add to Ingredient List) 1-2 Shots of Rum (blended) with 1/4 Cup shredded Coconut & 1/4 Cup raisins (topped) 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter (blended) Melted Chocolate (swirled or blended) Strawberries/Mangos/ Peaches
